Timeout issue #3 | Administrator
Dear Users,
as we have said in previous announcement due to timeouts we are now forced to move back to the old IP due to problems not being solved by the main provider. If you have bought a server in new node, we have added you a new server, if you have renewed new France server we have transferred expiration date to your previous IP. Please kindly move your servers back to old IP if you haven't done that yet due to issues. We have added 2 free weeks to your server expiration dates to compensate this issue that has been happening. As usually files need to be moved manually. If you need help with the movement due to slow internet connections or any other problems, let us know and we will do it for you. If there are any other problems, please make a support ticket.
Other france node will stay online for up to 14 days at maximum.
France location is now once again available for buying a new server.
