Some of the echo bots were flooding irc.tl network due to an issue with the SA:MP IRC plugin, so Ultra Host IPs got banned from this network.
We managed to fix that problem and irc.tl staff unbanned our server IPs.

Note: This affected free SA:MP servers only, premium servers weren't involved in this problem.
